David L. Bowlin
Chairman of the Board
Casey Bowlin is the Chairman of the Board and founder of Sunstar Insurance Group.
He is a graduate of the University of Virginia and attended the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. After service as an officer in the United States Marine Corps, he joined E. H. Crump and Company as an insurance salesman and eventually became that firm’s President.
Subsequently, he served as Chairman and CEO of Sedgwick Global Ltd., President and insurance CEO of Summit Global Partners, Inc. and President and CEO of Regions Insurance Group. Casey joined Sunstar as its founder and first employee in 2012. He holds the designation of Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU).
